| Training for the Bryce Half. Ran an easy 6 down telegraph at 9pm. The training plan I'm on is a Sun, tue, thurs, and Sat. IDK why but I can't get used to the schudule yet and I'm on week 6 of training. My hip flexor is trashed. Avg pace was slow at 8:45. Almost got hit by a car. I should've let them, it would've paid for college....

| Did a loop from my house to the firehouse then down telegraph. I knew I would be short a couple miles so I had planned to add on since today was supposed to be 6, but as I got closer to my house I decided it was probably best I stopped because my hips and legs are pretty tight. Avg pace 8:34. So not bad and 10/10 on today's sunset.

| First time running above 6 miles since my last season of XC. Barrel Roll/ Suicidal tendencies. The road to the trail head is closed for construction which is a bumma but also clutch bc I was able to run to the top of the trail and back to my car to complete exactly 7 miles. Pace was slow af bc of the incline (892ft elevation gain). Avg 10'41 pace. Top 3 all time fav trail. *Chef's kiss*

| I ran from my house to the mall and I knew I was gonna be short a couple miles but I thought id run back to Harts to go potty but when I got there I didn't have to go. I then ran down to Sulivan and back to my house. My hips are SORE

| Recovery run with Bryan and Luis. Up dino-tracks-ish not really, it's the one with the horse gate and huge hill. Hips are tight and sore even though I stretched all day. The most glorious weather though kind chilly.
Ps. I ran 8 miles on Saturday and got cocky so now I'm running the Bryce Canyon half, Zion at Night half, AND I SIGNED UP TO RUN THE STG MARATHON LIKE WTF WAS I THINKING

| Long run around Lake Tahoe:) around 8:30am. Elevation is around 6,250-ish. Avg pace 9:42
I guess I skipped my runs this week without even realizing but I did bike twice this week. Not a bad view in sight. Felt amazing. Hips are still givin me some grief. Went for an e-bike ride around 4pm and hips felt fine.

| I've been slacking on updating this + I haven't been running too much because I've been feeling weird. On my run a couple weeks ago I almost passed out and since then I have been super dizzy everyday and I can't figure out why so I'm bummed about it.
Felt sick all day at work. I was gonna flip at 2 miles but I thought I would just take it super slow and atleast get good milage. I ran Washington pkwy/ Mustang pass/ middleton powerline/ dino tracks. Avg pace was a nice 11min fat man jog :-)
