Training for the Bryce Half. Ran an easy 6 down telegraph at 9pm. The training plan I'm on is a Sun, tue, thurs, and Sat. IDK why but I can't get used to the schudule yet and I'm on week 6 of training. My hip flexor is trashed. Avg pace was slow at 8:45. Almost got hit by a car. I should've let them, it would've paid for college....
