Long run w/ 3x1min pick ups
longest run so far and it was a gr8 one :) really happy with today's run tbh. I can really feel myself get back into to shape now. Running is tight. Ran through hells hole then out to Sullivan and did our pick ups. I decided to do lvl 2 this week but slowly transitioning back to lvl 3 which Is my goal for next week, we'll see how I do¯\_(ツ)_/¯
