Well i was pretty sore from roller blading and weight training so my legs were really tight but I don't really think it made a difference in my preformance. The weather was pretty hot but still okay. K so at the beginning of the race my plan was to stick with the group of cedar girls who all had about the same times but some chick that was kinda slow was right in front of me and I couldn't pass her 'till we reached the cones but by then I had already built up this anger and when I reached the cones I started running in a "hostile" matter that I literally couldn't control so I was like in full queen b mode. I was up with first place and then I got this thought like "what did I do?!" Because I had just sprinted for like 200 m. So I just kinda chilled there for a sec and as much as I didn't want to think about being sore, I did. Some how I still had a kick.

Over all: queen b got the best of me but whatever's learned something new.
