Happy thanksgiving! I decided i would try this out again. 

Easy run (30min w/6 striders)  with my dog spike. My hip barely hurt today so im very thankful for that! I ran out to the dirt mile and went through the two tunnels under the free way so i could run on some atv trails by dino tracks. I actually enjoyed that trail so ill definitely will run there again!

Josie, ellie, addi, caroline, alli, and i all met up at sullvian at 5 to do our workout. It was really could but once we got going i felt a lot better. Our workout was 1000, 400, 1000,400 with 3 min recovery in between. It was kinda tough because i felt i was going really fast but nowhere near my goal times. We ran on the Dam rd and out of no where a husky decided to run with us until i guess we passed his house but when we flipped he came and ran with us again! We named him max. Fun run. Since i havent been able to do workouts in a while i really enjoyed this.

I had my early birthday party with some teammates on saturday so i did my run today. 45 min w/quick finish. I ran to hells hole and back with spike. Felt decent.

Sandy hells (hills).. Im not quite sure how much time i ran tbh.. After doing the first hill my birthday lunch in my stomach was not happy but i kept going because i actually enjoy hills besides the fact that running up the sand is not very fun or that i felt really sick, it was a pretty solid run and i gave it some good effort not gonna lie!
