Am-70 min w/ 8x100 hills
Nice morning long run on formaster with my ladies. I felt kinda sick which I've been feeling like this for a while now (maybe dehydration & lack of sleep¯\_(ツ)_/¯) despite feeling gross it was actually a pretty dope run. Felt some tightness down my whole right leg mostly the IT band. Ps. I drank sooo much water today!!!

nice and easy 15. It was supposed to be 20 but my IT band is wack and there's like a knot on my upper hip/butt and I tried to roll it out for like 5 min & it was so painful.
