i was like 10 seconds late and I tried so hard to catch up but the girls were really moving!(thanks to jewels) when we flipped I was able to keep up. My butt is doing much better!

15 min warm with 4xstriders then 4x4min (race pace)=recovery,1:30min w/2 min recovery, and a 2:15min and 10min cool down.
I'm super happy with how I did today. It was probably one of my best workouts. On the first one I wasn't where I wanted to be but I guess I was just trying to get a feel for it. 3rd one was way good. 4th was dope as well. Although I will say the 1:30 was kinda weak lol. 2:15 one was very good though. I love my pack. Ps. It was like 110 degrees today but I've been drinking water so I'm basically invincible¯\_(ツ)_/¯
