I got home late last night which wasn't the best idea because I didn't really get to rest. Ran 10min with the girls and 10 back alone. Coach said I can probably start running longer by next week and slowly ease in to where I left off so I'm excited. legs very sore and tired. I got the team into a stretching circle and we talked about some good goals and stuff for this season. Oh and Connor actually said bye to me today 😂
