First time running with the team since I got my boot off! also the first time I actually felt like a team captain too. Dr said I shouldn't exceed 3 miles for atleast another week so im hoping that I can bump my minutes up because i ran more when I was a beginner than rn. I felt super good and nothing was hurting just a little soreness and tightness. Super dope weather today. So happy to be running with my girls and team again.
