50min-35 e run 15 min aerobic tempo workout @ 7:30 pace.
On our way to the dirt mile my legs were already weak but when we got there my legs just loosened up. This is the first time I'd done a workout since I got my boot off so coach told me to go 10-15min. Started at 20min. Felt really good and I'm super happy about how it went. I was gonna stop at 10 but I was able to push a little more. All of us did gr8.
15min- 1.71miles + weights
Weights were more productive than Tuesday + more ppl. Alli and me pr'd our bench. I did 70lbs and she did 60lbs. Then we played with a giant rubber band for a while. The run was a little rough. Everyone's legs are wrecked and it was 106 degrees. It was worth it because El Sucio gave us otter pops.
