45min

I had to go with my mom to her dr's appointment this morning so I couldn't go to practice. When I got back a grabbed spike and drove out to Leeds, took a left on exit 22 and found a dope trail. I did 15 min of my tempo on the flat area but I found a bigger trail and started to go up a giant steep hill and i just keeped going until I was at the top. My legs were super dead so I just chilled up there and enjoyed the most beautiful view ever with spike and he managed to sniff out a geocaching box. I was like above quail lake and could see sand hollow in the distance if anyone knows where I was because I dont know if that trail has a name. The way down super gnarly and I made it down in half the time as the way up so I added on. Felt pretty good. Achilles is still buggin.
