40min-15 road 20 grass + striders 

I got to practice on time and Julien texted me saying he didn't have a ride so I left to go get him and ran with him & Michel finch. They had me going at 7:30 pace until I took a short cut to catch up with the girls but even then I didn't really slow down. Felt good today. ALLI J PETERSON IS A TRAITOR. Kids club was tough without her.

Literally 4 of us girls. Jess, Caroline, Rylee, and me. I somehow dropped the squat bar on the back of my neck while putting it up and it freaking hurt.
