30 min run
After not running for like a month I started to feel achy and my IT band got a little messed up after being sore and not stretching so I decided to go for a run after “work” but then there were some complications so I couldn’t go until about 9pm so I told my cousin to walk my dog while I ran bc I didn’t want to get kidnapped or some shiz. I started kinda slow and it literally felt like I had forgotten how to run but then I was running pretty fast and I felt really really good. I really didn’t feel too out of shape even though i had never taken that long of a break from running in 4 years. Maybe I’ll do some road races in the future. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
