I really like this workout and it was very nice of addi to let me borrow her watch bc I accidentally left mine charging at home but then I accidentally stole addi’s watch:( I felt good throughout the pickups but then on the last couple I started to feel a little pain on my lower right shin not too bad though. Family time was 9/10. I was gonna do some hurdle practice and I told jake I could jump over the hurdle on the highest setting so I showed him and it was beautiful & then went for a second try and my tail leg clipped and I ate it. First fall of my whole entire running career, xc included. Watta bust.
