Sprint workout:warm up mile. 15 min fartlek (20 sec pickups w/ 1 min recovery) cool down mile.
I was nervous for this run because I ate garbage today & been feeling sick for a while but this workout was baller. It was actually pretty fun. I think I should’ve gone faster but it’s chill.
Ps. New year, New me. So I’m back & I’m gonna try to blog every day bc I want to remember this season since it’s my last :,) also I have no idea what events I’m doing or what I should do but I think it’s fine.
