1 mile warm w/ in and outs(100 sprint:100 jog for 1600m) cool down
this was actually the short distance workout and we all did it together:) I guess these soccer chicks are serious about track which is so exciting. I ran with janz and she helped me with pace and form so it was a dope workout. The wind was killer though. 800ish cool down on the turf. Starting to feel a little worn out and achy. Really gotta roll out and a yoga sesh is long overdue so I think I’ll do that during my free periods tomorrow:)
