Had practice at heritage park. Felt pretty dang good but there were tons of hills so my achilles were on fire! We were approaching a huge hill and decided not to go up it so we went a different way. Initially I was just gonna do 40 min with addi and Alli and we thought if we did a loop it'd be just enough time. We got lost for a little bit but it was still really fun. I fell back on like two hills which honestly isn't that bad. So far it's been the longest run since getting my boot off and I feel really good about it. :)

Went with Spike to Sullivan park. Everytime he stopped to go pee (which is very often) my calves would cramp up so I let him off the leash. Achilles are tender af. Dope scenery, kinda boring running alone though.

| 35 min hilly run with striders
We were super low on energy today or at least I was. We had a decent sized group but we were all so quiet lol. Probably tired from yesterday and I went to sleep very late. Hopefully I'll just bounce back tomorrow. I had a super bad side ache until I was attacted by a wiener dog that almost bit my ankle but it barely got my shoe lol

Ran the parkway loop. We saw coach holt running there too. Felt good and then all of a sudden I started to feel really sick and I think I'm coming down with a cold or something. Need more sleep and gotta drink way more water. Idk why that's so hard for me.

Went out through the dirt mile to go do Dino but me and Silvia kept going down parkway instead and went under the freeway. Still felt kinda sick. Probably lack of sleep but still better than yesterday.

We went kinda slow today but it was okay because we literally had all the girls running in one group and we ran so well together even though some girls went over their time(oops) we ran in telegraph, then backwards Sandbergs, through Nisson park, & back up telegraph. when we got back our time was at 35 so Alli, Maycee, and me ran to 40+striders which we did with addi and Jacey after they ran 45. Dope run. Felt really good.

Me, Jacey, Maycee, addi, and Addi's dad Adam all ran 40 min at a very rad pace on a very rad bike trail (Sullivan). Really starting to rebuild my endurance. Felt really good.

| 50min easy run
Went out to tortoise. For some reason I felt really exhausted. It might just be all of us because we all did 50 and 60 was the highest. Running in sand is not very fun but it was a good run anyway. Afterwards me and Alli went to sonic to get mozzarella sticks and the manger came to us and asked us if they could help sponsor our team so that was gr8 because we didn't even have to ask!!!

| 50min-35 e run 15 min aerobic tempo workout @ 7:30 pace.
On our way to the dirt mile my legs were already weak but when we got there my legs just loosened up. This is the first time I'd done a workout since I got my boot off so coach told me to go 10-15min. Started at 20min. Felt really good and I'm super happy about how it went. I was gonna stop at 10 but I was able to push a little more. All of us did gr8.
15min- 1.71miles + weights
Weights were more productive than Tuesday + more ppl. Alli and me pr'd our bench. I did 70lbs and she did 60lbs. Then we played with a giant rubber band for a while. The run was a little rough. Everyone's legs are wrecked and it was 106 degrees. It was worth it because El Sucio gave us otter pops.

Ran at Bloomington hills park and did the 2 mile course/loop then ran to the river trail. It was a nice run with everyone. A little tired but I'm getting more sleep. I'm almost getting to were I used to be but still haven't done a super long run so we'll see.

| 55-min SBR for half of it lol
Alli took (like 9 of us+spike) to the little black mountain trail. It was extremely hot but that was expected since we ran at 9. Within 5 minutes, spike had already managed to trip Carli & get injured. Surprisingly, it wasn't Ellie who fell this time haha.We ran all the way to the petroglyphs and took a small break to look at them and the ran back & commenced our SBR. Spike stopped under a creosote bush mid run so we drove over to pick him up and it was hilarious.

| 80min- w/ pickups (my watch was turning off so this is a guess and I'll change it later)
We were gonna run to Caroline's house to wake her up but coincidentally she ran to us. We went just a super bring out and back. It was such a brutal run. I'm so freaking fragile, I don't remember ever running without any pain. We stopped at Harts and got some very needed cold water. Also, heather went missing all of a sudden and just reappeared all of a sudden. I love a good over cast so this run was pretty good and the longest run Ive done so far (this season).

I got to practice on time and Julien texted me saying he didn't have a ride so I left to go get him and ran with him & Michel finch. They had me going at 7:30 pace until I took a short cut to catch up with the girls but even then I didn't really slow down. Felt good today. ALLI J PETERSON IS A TRAITOR. Kids club was tough without her.

Met up at vernon worthen. Five us us plus coach robs. Ry, caroline, and jess flipped at 20. Me and alli went a couple minutes longer. On the way back we took some apricots from a tree and they were so yummy lol. 6 striders. Went rock climbing after and my arms are dead.

| 60min ish- 5k race
Ran my warm up with alli and also raced with with her. It was so hard for me to push myself so i just chilled. I thought i heard alli behind me so i awkwardly did pur little hand signal that means to speed up but it wasnt her😅. I passed a little dude and then alli came out of no where and beat me but she did super good so i honestly couldn't have cared less.
Afterwards, i took alli and rylee boating with me and we tubed for a bit then tried to wakeboard and it was freaking hard but we all did pretty decent. I think we're gonna be sore for a while lol.

| 55min-15 warm, 10min tempo, awful 2mile time trial , & cool down
Tempo before the race felt pretty good. During the race i had actually forgotten that we even did a tempo. Started off pretty good and about half a mile in I was going to lead then decided not too which was the absolute worst decision because I immediately fell off after that. I did awful and theres really no sugar coating it😅. I wasnt able to clear my head at all. I think the lehi jersey is bad luck for me lol. And to top it all off the pain in my foot is back. I was able to take stuff from this so it wasnt all that bad.
