~~20min warm + sprinter warm-up/agilities+ hurdle practice
Today was all over the place and very confusing because Alli and wanted to "sprint" today so i could help her do hurdles. We did their whole warm up with them but we had no idea they were going to have such hard workout today and alli and i were not about to do 3 workouts in a row. We went for a Harts warm-up with Ryan, came back, and went over the hurdles for what felt like 100 times. Im probably gonna be sore af. Another 4 girls seemed interested in hurdles so now im really excited. Unfortunately coach did bust me for kinda doing whatever we wanted but hopefully we can workout our own schedule soon.
