I really like this workout a lot! I felt good, my foot is still buggin but it was bearable enough to finish the whole workout. We all did very good today. Im actually really proud because i didnt think id have a good season because of so many little things but this was definitely a confidence booster. Did a couple victory hurdles after. Best day ive had in a very long time :)
