15 min indoor run!!
Im chillin because my hip is wack and so are my hamstrings. Warmed up with the sprinters then I saw jess running all by her lonesome so I asked if I could join and we were awkwardly in front of the boys so I really didn’t want them to catch up so we ran pretty fast but it’s like that pace where it just feels so good to run fast! by the end I was so tired lol.
