~~20min warm + sprinter warm-up/agilities+ hurdle practice


Today was all over the place and very confusing because Alli and wanted to "sprint" today so i could help her do hurdles. We did their whole warm up with them but we had no idea they were going to have such hard workout today and alli and i were not about to do 3 workouts in a row. We went for a Harts warm-up with Ryan, came back, and went over the hurdles for what felt like 100 times. Im probably gonna be sore af. Another 4 girls seemed interested in hurdles so now im really excited. Unfortunately coach did bust me for kinda doing whatever we wanted but hopefully we can workout our own schedule soon.

~~60min, workout: 20min warm up, 6x1min , 2x(5x30sec), 6x1min equal rec w/ lap betw sets; 1 warm/cool to time.  


I really like this workout a lot! I felt good, my foot is still buggin but it was bearable enough to finish the whole workout. We all did very good today. Im actually really proud because i didnt think id have a good season because of so many little things but this was definitely a confidence booster. Did a couple victory hurdles after. Best day ive had in a very long time :)

~~80min trail run:suicidal tendencies


felt good but breathing was rough. My foot still hurts. We went a really good pace and its also my favorite trail so i was a happy girl until i tripped for the first time in my whole running career. Scuffed up my knee and tore up my pinky (it sounds a lot worse than it actually was). I waited for addi and Ry to get to the top so i could run back with someone and on the way down i twisted my ankle and fell into a squat but didnt fall so that was clutch.

"doughnuts" and chocolate milk in celebration of coach roberts 40th!
