Once again, none of the sprinters wanted to do the mid distance workout because they just want to “bulk up” and do sprint stuff without building a good endurance base first but it’s chill. I actually really enjoy running alone and just pacing myself. Cooled with Dylan and had a very nice conversation like the good old days. I’m the only senior female that does mid distance & I’m not that good so we definitely need to recruit.
