So this is my first time doing this and idk if I'll continue but anyway... Today's weather was fricken amazing 💓 and the track was dope too. My race started pretty good but I was a little unfocused but once I got around to the 300 mark I started to keep a pace. When I reached around 450 my I remember telling myself that I felt kinda weak and that I needed to speed up but thankfully Ellie came by and I stuck with her until the last 100 and then tried to kick as fast as possible. I could definitely feel my knee bugging big time at this point so I tried to finish before my knee would give out or something and I did 😁 over all: I felt pretty stong and fast despite not being able to reach my pr!
